Shipping information: Please note that all the items are custom made. Making a custom design & bringing it to life takes time. Therefor all orders take at least around 4 weeks turnaround time.

Didn’t you find 100% what you are looking for? Order a custom item and I’ll make it 100% how you wish! IF you ordered a custom item. Don't forget to let me know what you want through e-mail or WhatsApp (+32484061216). I'll make you a design then & can make changes until you're satisified with the result. Once a design is approved, I'll make it for you! 

Pickup park orders will be available on the 21^st of November. Pick-up in Berlare will be available 17^th of November in the evening. All items with shipping option will be shipped by the 15^th of November. Extra pick-up option is the Disney meeting on the 1^st of December in Wetteren (BE).

Do you need your items sooner? Don’t hesitate to WhatsApp me and we’ll see what we can work out and if I can work some extra magic!

Because I expect more orders than usual for the Christmas event this might be the last webshop opening with custom options for 2024. Keep this in mind when you shop! Maybe I’ll be able to open one more time before the end of the year but I can’t make any promises.
