The last year has been already full of challenges. Therefor I need to protect my health and boundaries. I will try to answer all questions as soon as possible but it might take up to 72hours before you'll get a reply.

Messages about previews of an order I'm still working on, about shipping information before the deadline of the shipment or questions that are answered in a product description, won't be answered. If you have a question why a shipment is taking longer than stated before, you can obviously contact me and we'll sort it out as soon as possible together.

I'm only available through WhatsApp. Messages on Instagram or Facebook won't be answered in a certain timeframe. You can also contact me through email. Mails will be answered one a week.

Terms and conditions of sale + delivery policy

Each order is handmade and customized for you. That means it takes some time to finish it in a high quality way. Some ears or products are ready to ship, you'll find the information about delivery in the description of each item. If you have any questions about this, don't hesitate to contact me, I'll try to answer everything as soon as possible. Do you need ears earlier than mentioned in the description? Send me an e-mail and maybe I can make some magic happen.

Return policy

Since every order is custom and handmade for your purchase only, it is not possible to return or cancel the item and you will not be refunded for any returned items. If you have any problems with your order, don't hesitate to contact me and I'm sure we will work something out.

I'm a small business owner and that means I'm a one-woman-business. I am my own helpdesk, I'm the one who answers all the questions, makes all the handmade items, update the webshop, ships out every item with the best care and I am the one who wants to make your experience at my shop the most magical shopping experience ever. If you have anything you want to ask or say, I'm happy to help you but please be patient with me because also I have only 24 hours in a day ;)
