Important information:

Custom items:

All items that are under ‘custom’ will be discussed with you AFTER you’ve ordered them. Obviously you can ask me extra questions prior to ordering as well. Designs will be made after your order is placed. Once you have your order confirmation you can send me either an e-mail (info@ninasneverland.be) or a message on WhatsApp. Please include your order number and explain as detailed as possible what you want (there are never too much details! 😉)

All custom items take around 4-6 weeks before they’re ready to ship. Between 1-1.5 week after you order you will get a first design. If you want anything changed that is not a problem at all and this will be adjusted in the 2-3 days after your feedback. After that all the materials will be ordered & I will make my magic. This takes some time so please be patient. Custom orders take a little extra time & will not be finished in less than 2 weeks.

Custom bows: For the custom bows I will make a little exception this shop opening and these will also be available for park pick-up on the 13th & 14th of September between 10.30-11.30am in front of the entrance OR in storage 11-14^th of September (extra fee for storage will be added during checkout).

UK SHIPPING: Important. All bows & ears will be available for cheaper shipping to the UK thanks to a friend that will ship them directly from within the country. These orders will be shipped near the end of September. If you want anything else (skirt, cape,…) it will be shipped from Belgium and therefor cost more. Please add the correct shipping option.

Designs:

All designs uploaded (bows, ears, capes) will be shipped after 4-5 weeks. Exceptions are possible if you make sure to send me a separate email or WhatsApp message about this.

Ready to ship:

All items that are ready to ship will be shipped within three days after you order or will be available for park pick-up on the 13th & 14th of September between 10.30-11.30am in front of the entrance OR in storage 11-14^th of September (extra fee for storage will be added during checkout).

In case your order both ready to ship items or items with a later shipping frame, these will be shipped together. If you want any of them sooner please make sure to place two separate orders and pay shipping twice. Thank you for your understanding!
